At Junk And Lawn Eco-Cleanup Experts, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality junk removal and landscaping services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every job meets or exceeds expectations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will assess the issue and take reasonable steps to resolve it, which may include a partial refund, a discount, or redoing the work, depending on the situation and at our discretion.
For junk removal services, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price may apply. If our team arrives at your location and cannot complete the work due to inaccessibility, safety concerns, or a customer no-show, a trip charge may be incurred, and a refund may not be issued.
For landscaping services, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs, labor scheduling, and materials. If the work has already begun, we may issue a partial refund only in cases where the job cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
Certain services and charges are non-refundable. These include deposits made for large landscaping projects unless otherwise agreed to in writing, disposal fees once junk or debris has been collected, and materials or products that were custom-ordered specifically for your project. Additionally, once a service is completed according to the agreed scope of work, refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction if no service error occurred.
To request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible and within the stated timeframes.
