Welcome to Junk And Lawn Eco-Cleanup Experts. By scheduling a service or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern all junk removal, landscaping, and related services we provide. These terms are intended to protect both you, the customer, and us, the service provider, by ensuring a clear understanding of our responsibilities and expectations.

All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Quotes provided by phone, email, or in person are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual job conditions or volume of work. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services if job site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise impractical. Customers must ensure that the service area is safe, accessible, and free from hazardous materials unless disclosed and approved in advance.

For junk removal services, we accept most non-hazardous items; however, we do not remove certain restricted items such as chemicals, paint, asbestos, or biohazard materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us ahead of time if any potentially restricted materials will be present. Landscaping services are provided according to the scope agreed upon in advance. Any additional work requested on-site may be subject to additional charges.

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden property features unless we have been notified in writing of their exact locations. Customers are responsible for marking or informing us of any known underground installations or delicate features in the work area prior to service.

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to interest or additional collection charges. Deposits for landscaping projects or large junk removal jobs may be required to secure scheduling and materials. All deposits are subject to our Refund Policy.

By using our services, you agree not to hold Junk And Lawn Eco-Cleanup Experts liable for any loss or damage caused by delays due to weather, traffic, equipment failure, or other factors outside our control. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot be responsible for circumstances beyond our influence.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Misuse of our services or disrespectful behavior toward our staff may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is performed. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
